Your upgraded telephone system will have a significant positive effect on your operation when it's fully integrated into your business. To make certain that you make the most from your investment we have structured a training program for you which very quickly gets all your team up to speed. This is how it works:
On installation one of our senior technicians will explain the basic functions of your new system to all your staff. These will include:
a) Making an outside call
b) Making an internal call
c) Transfer a call to another extension
d) Transfer a call to an outside number and
e) Return to held call if an extension is busy or there is no answer
f) Park a call on the system
g) Pick up a parked call from any extension
As well as the operator manual all your staff will be issued with easy to follow instruction sheets which guide you through all the most commonly used functions on their relevant handset.
You will receive your first formal training session the first working day after installation. This will take between half to one day depending on the number of users to be trained. Relevant handouts will be issued and your staff will have an opportunity to ask any questions they may have about your newly upgraded telephone system.
Two weeks after your first formal training session you will receive a follow up visit from one of our trainers so that your staff can review the previous training and again ask any questions they may have about your telephone system. Our experience has shown us that this second visit greatly increases retention rate so that your team can really harness the power of your investment. |
