Improving Access for patients -  The modern medical practice is a fast paced busy environment. Answering the telephone and staffing the reception area are often duties that are shared between staff. Smartphone streamlines the way that telephone calls are handled and processed, thus freeing staff to deal with callers at reception or administration duties.

Automatic patient look up - Smartphone enables practice staff to see which patient is calling before they pick up the phone. Smartphone monitors all incoming calls and identifies a patient by their telephone number. By using the automatic telephone look up, staff will not have issues with identifying patients by name or address. The patient details are automatically shown and a member of staff simply confirms the caller's identity.

Requirements

A PC is required for Smartphone connectivity. This will require a power outlet and access to your existing IT network infrastructure - usually via a Cat 5 outlet. The PC is not supplied as standard.
