EuroISDN A name for ISDN as defined by the relevant European ETSI Standards.

EXCLUSIVE HOLD Exclusive hold allows you to exclusively put a call on hold exclusively and prevents other extensions from accidentally picking up your call.
EXTENSION GROUP HUNTING Extension group hunting lets you designate a number of extensions as one group so that incoming calls ‘hunt’ among them for a free extension. This can ensure that all calls to that group are answered by the service or admin department etc.
EXTENSION STATUS INDICATORS This is the same as Busy lamp field indicators. (BLFI)

EXTERNAL/INTERNAL LINE IDENTITY External/internal line identity distinguishes between internal and external calls. It is also referred to as distinctive ringing.
